Talk about body goals! Robin Wright is known for showing off a svelte physique both on and off the red carpet. And while the 52-year-old actress always looks amazing, recently her fitness and diet routines seem to have gone to the next level. The proof is in her body, which looks more toned and fit than ever before.

Her trainer, Grace Lazenby, revealed to Harper’s Bazaar in October 2017 that Wright sculpts her amazingly toned arms with Pilates rowing. “You’re engaging your chest, core, back triceps and biceps,” she said.

And the Wonder Woman star doesn’t stop there to maintain her age-defying body. She has followed a strict Paleo diet during some points in her career including for her role as Claire Underwood in House of Cards, which returns for its final season November 2. She’s also an avid runner, often starting her day with a jog on the beach.
